Ping is important, but the driver itself is much more important.
Rather start looking at the driving standard of the drivers, instead of their ping bars.

I really struggeling to understand how to correct slides. If I try to countersteer it just ends up in tears.. seems to only way is to relase the trottle and not botter to counter steer..
Other than that it's great fun actually! Got a new computer so tested it out here the other day, good fun alltho the physics are strange - specially the crash physics..

But please note, that is with a lot of overtime and hard pressure, on normal work weeks without overtime and specially missions out of "ideal work time" my sallary will be pretty avarage.
For example the two next week I will only work 60% due to low demand at the time.

It handles like a semi since there is no turning on the first axle.
The main problem is that you reverse into small places with no vissibility, or at least at the moment I find it difficoult
In one of the places it is so narrow that you have around 15 cm to each side free, a container, moving cars to take into consideration and the fact that the truck and the waggon has to be lined at 90degrees to make it possible. I even have to draw it to show what I mean lol

But I am completely new, got the lisence for trucks back in november so was lucky to get work. Its damn difficoult to reverse those things onto shop ramps :PAnd that 1600 was for ONE week, if I work 50 hours next week I will get the same too =)
Forgot to mention, I am working my ass off. Worked 52 hours last week, but at least that made me earn around 1,620EUR before taxes (which should be around 30 ish %) (Gets paid each week).

I know this story, it's been big over here aswell.
It's a shame that people dies, but we all do eventually. Maybe this paranoid man deserved much more of this life, I don't know, but done is done and nothing we can do about it now. Also taking a kid as hostage got no excuses.

You cannot connect to any server if you are offline. Or do you mean play the whole track (open area) in offline mode?
If so, push ctrl at the track sellection page, then chose either the "X" or "Y" track to drive the open config.
